Eques Mongolica: Introduction to Mongolian Horsemanship is a nonfiction contribution to the introduction of Mongolian horsemanship in a broader sense. The presentation is based on accessible interdisciplinary sources and statistics as well as on the results of the author’s long years of research on Mongolian nomadism in a historical perspective. Accompanied by five maps, nine tables and dozens of illustrations, the text reveals interesting details of equestrianism among Mongols in past and present. The text is supported by a clear table of contents, an extensive reference, a glossary and an index.
